Job Description:
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities throughout all phases of residential home construction and/or renovation projects; overseeing the scheduling, budget and planning from beginning to end.
Job Duties and Tasks:
Direct, supervise and schedule sub-contractors to keep construction project on schedule and supplies arriving as they are needed. Inspect and review projects on a daily basis to monitor compliance with building, safety codes and regulations. Take initiative to plan ahead and take action to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. Collaborate with Project’s Team throughout the phases of construction.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction. Organization and attention to details. Manage time wisely, yours and others. Utilize good judgement, discipline and follow through to meet or exceed client expectations. Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
