  • Charlotte will be responsiblefor: Assist in the development of project plans, including scope,budget, and schedule.

Coordinate project activities and ensureadherence to timelines Collaborate with architects, engineers, andsubcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Reviewconstruction drawings and specifications for accuracy andcompliance. Assist in the development and monitoring of projectbudgets. Track project costs, identify potential cost overruns, andimplement cost control measures. Implement and enforce qualitycontrol processes to ensure construction meets industry standardsand project specifications. Identify potential risks and challengesin construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively address issues to prevent delays and ensure projectsuccess. Communicate project status, updates, and issues withinternal team. Prepare and present regular reports on projectprogress, budget, and other key performance indicators ProfileAssistant Project Manager
