You will oversee the schedule and direction of Trades ensuring quality standards, adherence to building codes and health & safety requirements are met. This role is located at our site in Charlotte, NC.
What We Are Looking For:
Recent graduates with some homebuilding experience, preferably in Low Rise residential. Knowledge of the South Carolina Building Code and OSHA regulations. Need to have reliable transportation to and from the job site. Strong customer services skills, problem solving and organizational time management skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day Monitor construction process from drywall to finish, providing technical guidance as needed to Trade and Laborers. Conduct regular site inspections and reports as well as resolves any code violations, Trade deficiencies, material delays, safety breaches and other associated construction process challenges to the Superintendent. Execute full completion of the assigned home prior to the closing date 100% of the time, schedules PDI and manages Trades, Handy Persons (permanent &/or 3rd party staffing solution) to resolve list of deficiencies within the 30-day post inspection timeline. Assist the Superintendent on scheduling and conducting the Frame walk with Homeowners, documents, and actions any approved specification changes/requests. Support the Superintendent with homeowner occupancy transition (clean home; outstanding construction resolutions etc.) and hand-off to Customer Service for Tarion warranty items.
