A leading construction company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Concrete Superintendent to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Monday – Friday with occasional weekends as required
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of commercial concrete projects, including tilt-wall construction and structural concrete work Coordinate daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Supervise field personnel and subcontractors, maintaining job site safety and compliance Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents Communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and progress updates
Qualifications:
Proven experience supervising commercial concrete construction, specifically tilt-wall and structural concrete Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage schedules, solve problems, and ensure high-quality work OSHA certification preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
