Primary Job Duties:

Lead by examply by conducting safety meetings and completeing daily safety audits required for jobsites. Percision installation of concrete forms for: columns, flooring, concrete walls for commercial and industrial settings. Calculate and give estimates on concrete quantities and mix specifications. Timekeeping for managed crew members and managing safety inspection logs. Oversee installation of steel rebar structure for concrete forms and pads. Manage and oversee resources and manpower to pour and complete concrete finish details. Read blueprints and survey land to ensure grading needs and layout. Supervise the construction and alignment of all new builds to include foundations and stuctures. Manage and operate heavy machinery such as mini excavators, forklifts, and skid steers.

Requirements:

You must have your own, reliable, transportation, able to pass a drug test, and own hand tools. Ability to manage teams to complete new construction commerical type projects. Work independently. Awareness of job site hazards and adhere to safety polices. In dept knowledge of standard methods, materials and tools used, and equipment in concrete construction. Work outside in the elements. 10+ years experience as a foreman or general contracting concrete work. Summary As a Concrete Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Reporting to the Project Manager, your core skills in construction management, project scheduling, and budgeting will be essential for effective team management and site supervision. Leveraging premium skills in software like ProCore and Primavera P6, you will streamline processes and enhance communication. Your relevant skills in blueprint reading and quality control will further ensure that projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
