We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Phase Administrator to join our growing team in Charlotte NC, Warminster PA or Tampa FL. This hybrid role is key to ensuring our projects are executed to the highest standards during the construction phase. As a Construction Phase Administrator, you will leverage your strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and field practices to oversee multi-family construction projects across the U.S. You will serve as a critical liaison between clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure construction excellence and timely delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor project execution by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and pay applications. Conduct regular site visits and generate written observation reports. Lead construction meetings and interface directly with clients. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations. Address and resolve job site issues in collaboration with the full project team. Assist in developing firm-wide construction administration standards for multi-family projects. Support internal quality assurance reviews and research industry best practices. Aid project managers with permitting research and material evaluations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent. Architectural license preferred. Proven experience in construction administration of multi-family projects. Strong working knowledge of construction documents, methods, and field practices. Familiarity with accessibility codes and construction standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. Ability to travel frequently within the continental U.S. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with Newforma or similar project management tools is preferred.
