Full Job Description Roles/Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial masonry projects covering North and South Carolina
- Buyout all material and subcontracted items via quantities provided by Project Estimator
- Establish submittals for approval by GC/Architect/Engineer
- Identify and track progress for any long lead material items in advance of installation
- Develop and update project schedule with General Contractor and Pyramid Area Superintendent
- Submit change order requests for any drawing or scope modifications
- Develop project budget for all material, labor, equipment, and overhead items
- Monitor weekly/monthly production reports to ensure the job is staying on budget
- In general, Set the Table for a successful installation for the boots on the ground
Qualifications/Skills:
- A proficient comprehension of construction plans and specifications
- Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel and Word
- Ability to foster and develop relationships with new and existing industry contacts
- Planswift/Tradesmen/BlueBeam or other estimating and document control software
- BS degree or field experience in the Construction, Management, or Technology sectors
