Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Select the tools necessary for projects and track their inventory
Monitor employee conduct and complete employee logs on a daily basis
Remain diligent with all safety and building regulations
Conduct an in-depth analysis of projects to create budgets and deliverables
Manage and mitigate risk factors to ensure smooth completion of projects
Collaborate with others to establish requirements for construction
Communicate with local authorities to obtain licenses and permits
Prepare complete reports on projects
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years relevant experience
Commercial construction project experience 10MM+
Track record delivering projects on-time and on budget
Knowledge of sub-trades and ability to manage crews
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
