Job Description
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Oversight of home construction operations for multiple homes
Management of daily operations of construction projects
60% office 40% field
Local and State Building Codes/ Stormwater Management
Follow and implement safety procedures
Architectural and Civil blueprints
Communicate progress with clients and project managers
Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
Framing and Architectural walks
Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions
Coordinate with all professionals involved and more
Qualifications and Requirements:
Updated Resume/ Project List
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred
Long Tenured Professionals with 5+ years of single-family and/or multi-family construction-related experience
Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and scheduling software
