Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in construction, engineering, or business (though not required)
5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, with a focus on residential building
Proven track record in a project management role, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills to efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
Initiative-taking attitude with a proactive approach to responsibility
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
