Construction Project Manager
A local and highly respected general contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects is looking for a Project Manager.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timeline.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and supplier.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Handle day-to-day project operations, including procurement, quality control, and progress tracking.
Construction Project Manager Skills:
6+ years of experience in commercial construction management
Extensive knowledge of diverse commercial construction processes and methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skill
Proficient in construction project management software and tools
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Degree ion Construction Management or industry related
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $115,000-140,000
