PROJECT MANAGERS/ ESTIMATORS
– Healthcare – CHARLOTTE, NC Management Recruiters of Davidson is currently seeking Project Managers and Estimators having experience with Medical Construction projects as a General Contractor. The ideal candidates will have:
5+ years of Project Management/ Estimating experience for General Contractors on Medical Projects Customer relationship skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, architects, internal departments, etc. Knowledge / understanding of the full construction project “life cycle” is helpful. A four-year university degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred (or equivalent Estimating experience).
