What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the entire project lifecycle from cradle to grave Coordinating subs, suppliers, vendors, engineers, and owners Monitoring budgets, forecasting, and keeping project financials in check Running schedules and ensuring milestones don’t slip Managing RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and reporting Collaborating across departments to keep design, procurement, and construction aligned
What We’re Looking For:
7-15 years in construction management, with at least 1+ large industrial or Commercial project completed as the PM Must have large Industrial/Commercial/Nuclear project experience ( $40-$100M+ ) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management , Engineering , or Architecture preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
