To support our ambitious projects, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of the construction process for high-end custom homes. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, all while collaborating with architects, designers, subcontractors, and various stakeholders. As a Project Manager, you will ensure that each project is completed on schedule, within financial parameters, and adheres to our stringent quality standards. Key responsibilities for this position include coordinating and managing construction activities in alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines. You will be expected to develop and uphold project schedules, monitor budgets, and generate financial reports for the management team. Additionally, you will identify and resolve any challenges that arise during construction while conducting site visits to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Your role will also involve overseeing the procurement of materials and maintaining effective communication with clients, providing them with regular updates and addressing any concerns they may have. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly with high-end custom homes. A strong grasp of construction methods, materials, and building codes is essential, as are exceptional organizational and time management skills. You should have a demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and a keen eye for detail are vital for the successful execution of our projects.
