Posted Yesterday We are seeking an experienced Director of Land Development to help grow our presence in the Charlotte, NC market by working with engineers, land planners, and contractors to further our development. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing, engaged development team.
Foster a culture aligned with company values and leadership principles.
Manage land development purchasing, scheduling, and contracting.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee site inspections, quality control, and milestone coordination. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Planning, Engineering, or Construction preferred.
7+ years of land development experience in homebuilding or related field.
Strong knowledge of residential infrastructure and construction processes.
Skilled in interpreting construction plans, codes, and municipal regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits Salary:
