Premier Home Pros is a rapidly growing organization and we are looking for leaders to join our team. We are looking for an experienced leader in our operations department to help develop new installation members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop new installation members in the field. Perform service and warranty work in the field. Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness. Inspect Installation. Overall responsibility for quality and cost-effective installations. Develop high level efficiencies and effectively close out business. Monitor installers quality of work in field. Build relationships in the field. Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information. Manage delivery schedule in coordination with the general contractors. Cover, assist, and train in other areas. Responsible for lifting and pulling objects up to 50 pounds Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from installation to completion. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Extensive Bathroom experience Minor plumbing experience Results-oriented.
Problem solving skills. Ability to manage process. Action-oriented. Effective communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
