Grade Foreman (Commercial/Residential Sitework and Roadway)

Project Types:

Commercial/Residential Sitework and Roadway Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all fine grade on commercial/residential projects assigned Supervise and coordinate construction workers Ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction techniques Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of building codes and regulations Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Nino Development is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
