We’re seeking a skilled leader with proven experience in managing ground-up hospitals, medical offices, and healthcare renovations-with a strong emphasis on ICRA protocols and infection control compliance. Your new role ✅ Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. ✅ Manage subcontractors, site crews, and project scheduling for seamless execution. ✅ Implement and enforce ICRA standards to minimize infection risks during construction. ✅ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards. ✅ Maintain strong communication with hospital administrators, facility managers, and design teams. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience in ground-up construction and renovations of healthcare facilities. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate complex projects. ICRA certified or extensive experience working within infection control standards. Knowledge of healthcare-specific building codes, safety, and infection control requirements. Must be based in Charlotte, NC, and available for on-site project management.
