The land development / construction manager will provide the appropriate interface with regulatory and entitlement agencies and supervise the design teams. Bachelors+ Degree with focus on Civil Engineering. Training in construction management, real estate or related discipline a plus. Three to five years of experience in land / development planning; some residential construction management experience desirable Summary As a Land Development / Construction Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Reporting to senior management, you will utilize your core skills in construction management and project scheduling to lead teams effectively. Your expertise in premium tools such as ProCore and Primavera P6 will enhance project efficiency. With a strong foundation in civil engineering and relevant skills in blueprint reading and contract management, you will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of land development and construction projects from planning to completion. Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and coordination. Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications. Manage project budgets and conduct construction estimating.
