Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of thefiber Network Construction team including creating PO’s, creatingCM’s, reviewing invoices for accuracy, reviewing splice packagesfrom Fiber Engineering, and fiber splicing within the assignedgeographic area. The position will work with all team members on improving thequality of the billing processes, deliverables and the end-to-endsplicing process. Common activities will involve area data identification,collection, analysis, and reporting; along with understandingoperational business functions and processes. Each network construction team is expected to maintain opencommunication across all areas of the business and work as a unitwith consistency while building, implementing, and restoring ormaintaining services; cognizant of fostering the vision and valuesof Clients. This position is accountable for delivering key KPIs for their areaof responsibility including but not limited to OpEx spend, MTTR, %On-Time Install, fiber complete for small cell, and installedenterprise revenue. Supports Network Construction Implementation team with assignedtasks, projects and could include, but is not limited to, thefollowing: correspondence, administrative tasks (PO’s, CM’s &Invoicing), tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoringdeadlines, provides regular and timely reports highlightingvariances as they arise.
Responsibilities:
Prepares and submits purchase orders and processes contractorinvoices for splicing functions. Assists with project financials and milestone management, such asforecasting, issuing and receiving on vendor POs, invoicing oncustomer POs, tracking and resolving past due invoices. Provide additional administrative support as required. Communicates issues to management prior to reaching criticalstatus. Develops progress reports, tracks progress and identifies/resolvesobstacles. Assists with ad hoc reporting requests. Review splice packages and distribute as necessary Communicate with vendors concerning splicing work and Billing Order police for splicing activity Understanding service delivery and small cell requirements forclose out packages.
