• Charlotte will be responsible for: Analyzingconstruction blueprints and other documents to prepare time frames,costs, material, and labor estimates Preparing bid packages,development budgets, and analyzing subcontractor bids for use inconceptual and bid proposal estimates Establishing pricing andconducting comparison activities Working closely with constructionproject management team to maintain estimate throughout projectConsulting with vendors and internal project teams to resolveissues Establishing and maintaining strong subcontractorrelationships Profile The successful Preconstruction Team Lead•Interiors•Charlotte will be responsible for: At least 6 years ofGC preconstruction experience A High School Diploma required,relevent degree is preferred Ability to perform take-offs andorganize conceptual budget pricing Must be a self-starter andunderstand deadlines.

Must have good phone and excellent peopleskills. Must be proficient with project/estimating related softwareincluding iSqFt, ProCore, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff Must beproficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,Project, etc) Job Offer The successful Preconstruction Team Lead
