This role is for an extremelyreputable client with a large presence in the Carolinas, dedicatedto safety and client satisfaction. Client Details Our client is atop contractor, not only in the Carolinas, but also the entirecountry! They are a Top 300 ENR GC that has been building in theCarolinas since the late 1970’s. They have won numerous awards fortheir projects and have developed great relationships with clientsand subs in the markets they serve. They build schools, offices,healthcare facilities, and industrial buildings such as warehousesand distribution centers, typically in the range of $10-50M. Therehas been a significant amount of growth in the Charlotte market andthey are currently looking to add to their team. • Charlotte should have: 5 years of constructionProject Manager experience with a general contractor is requiredExperience on ground-up multifamily construction projects isrequired Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, CivilEngineering or relevant degree preferred Applicable ProjectManagement Software experience preferred Developed thoroughunderstanding of corporate and industry practices, processes,standards, etc.
