Job Opening:
Superintendent – Commercial Glazing Contractor (Charlotte & Apex, NC)
COMMERCIAL GLAZING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
We’re hiring a skilled Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial glazing projects in the Charlotte, NC area. This role oversees on-site crews, coordinates with GCs and subcontractors, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily job site operations for curtain wall, storefront, and glass installations Supervise field teams and enforce safety protocols Communicate with project managers and clients to resolve issues Maintain quality control and schedule adherence
Qualifications:
3+ years of glazing or commercial construction supervision experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades on site
