We specialize in sitework and transportation and have built out divisions specifically for asphalt & concrete as well as underground utilities. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects related to underground utilities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications throughout the construction process.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation to stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with underground utilities.
3+ years of experience with storm drain, sewer, and waterline experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus.
