Position Overview:

As a Utility Foreman at Nino Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the utility installations and site preparation for both commercial and residential projects . Your leadership will ensure that projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in sitework utilities and the ability to manage a team in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation of utilities, including water, sewer, storm drainage, and other site utilities for both commercial and residential projects. Manage and lead a team of utility workers, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans, on time, and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and building codes. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, materials, and labor. Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in utility work and site preparation, preferably in both commercial and residential projects. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong knowledge of utility systems, including water, sewer, and storm drainage. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and plans. Solid understanding of construction site safety and OSHA regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
