Job Description

Warranty Coordinator 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28214 JOB SUMMARY Price and manage post-construction warranty. These construction jobs will be installed by a Construction profit center and the warranty will be managed by the Building Services profit center.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manage warranty budgets and forecasting (Warranty Manager?) Manage warranty data to ensure detailed records and insights for trends Customer development and retention (Warranty Manager?) Manage warranty team scheduling and supervision of technicians (Coordinator) Investigate claims and manage costs associated Vendor and Supplier management Safety awareness, training of both self and team members Ability to identify the difference between an installation issue and a design issue. Ability to identify the scope of services outside of warranty responsibility and request reimbursement.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

High school diploma or

GED PREFERRED

Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent Co-op or intern experience in this field Construction or mechanical service experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
