The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes. Company vehicle provided. Duties Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations on-site. Review blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Utilize construction management software such as JobTread for project scheduling and documentation. Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports on status, challenges, and milestones achieved. Manage contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring all terms are met effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety standards. Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly. Requirements 7+ Years proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record Some knowledge of construction management software (JobTread) Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and One Note Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups of workers. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Approve payments for sub-contractors and manage returns of materials in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members at all levels.
