//go.cultureindex.com/p/bVH5SmNSn16gQZrFD Timeless Construction is seeking an initiative-taking, quick paced, and driven Site Superintendent. The Super provides overall project site leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and understanding in commercial construction, experience with a GC is highly preferred. However, a candidate with experience running residential ground up projects that is willing and ready to learn may be considered. The Site Superintendent coordinates site schedules, plans, specs, information, policies, and ensures that all aspects are managed appropriately. Leadership skills and a commitment to supporting the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are required. The Site Super will be controlling and overseeing structural, civil and detail finishes on a variety of commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage all project permits and inspections.
• Manage safety, quality control and cleanliness standards. Document Daily using Quality and Safety Inspections in Procore
• Motivate performance and productivity to exceed project requirements.
• 100% on-time or early completion on all projects
• Manage schedules and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure their work is performed on schedule, all materials are delivered on time, and they are keeping correct staff levels.
• Manage resources, site organization & operations.
• 100% adherence to daily documentation & reporting within Procore Construction Software
• Function as the liaison between all contracted parties in a project.
• 100% Client Satisfaction
• Keep outstanding client relationships, resolve issues on a prompt basis.
• Complete all project punch lists and closeout procedures.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Minimum three years of experience as a commercial construction site superintendent
• Bachelor’s
• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, LEED, or similar are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Project Management software, preferably Procore
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills.
