Key Responsibilities:

Support and oversee day-to-day office operations Provide administrative support across departments Offer human resources assistance, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee records Support accounting functions, including daily financial processes Maintain health and safety policies, including staff training and compliance Lead event planning for company meetings and celebrations Put systems and structures in place and ensure team accountability to maintain them

Qualifications:

Experience in a construction-related office environment is required Demonstrated ability to create and uphold organizational systems Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills Professional and approachable demeanor, with a knack for keeping teams on track Comfort working independently and collaboratively Familiarity with office software, accounting tools, and HR platforms is a plus

Schedule and Compensation:
