Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:

The employment, training, guidance, and supervision of qualified Contractor personnel to accomplish the tasks listed herein. Selecting, supervising, and exercising control and discretion over its employee’s performance in support of this contract. Maintain all applicable documents pertinent to this: Maintain records for all Contractor personnel hired to fulfill this requirement. At a minimum, the Contractor shall maintain records that support that the personnel hired met the minimum qualification of each position. These records shall be made available to the Contracting Officer upon request. Daily oversight of all Contractor personnel and for managing work performance on all tasks on this contract. Establish clear organization lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management in support of this contract. Regularly assess Contractor employee’s performance and provide feedback to improve overall contract performance. Ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by DHS established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and security.
