About the Role We’re hiring an Insurance Restoration Project Lead to oversee high-impact residential construction projects especially those tied to insurance claims. You’ll be referred to internally as a Project Manager and serve as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and adjusters from start to finish. If you’re comfortable juggling crews, scopes, and schedules and ready to make decisions with autonomy this is the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing Manage residential and light commercial restoration projects from inspection to final walk-through Develop and interpret scopes using Xactimate, DASH, and insurance documentation Coordinate teams, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections to meet timelines and quality standards Track gross profit margins, budget targets, and project documentation Ensure smooth communication with adjusters, homeowners, internal teams, and field crews Use digital tools (DASH, Xactimate, Office Suite) to manage schedules, updates, and communications What a Typical Day Looks Like You check DASH to prioritize today’s job sites, confirm a subcontractor for a morning walkthrough, and take a call from an adjuster reviewing a scope. After lunch, you visit a property to inspect structural repairs, communicate next steps with the homeowner, and upload documentation for invoicing and compliance before closing the day with a quick status report to your team. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in restoration project management or residential/light commercial construction Hands-on experience with Xactimate and a strong understanding of insurance claims and scope writing Familiarity with DASH, Microsoft Office Suite, and (preferably) Restoration Manager Ability to manage multiple jobs, crews, and customer expectations simultaneously Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why CareMaster? $65K
