Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Assistant Field Coordinator to support field operations and ensure seamless communication between teams and subcontractors This role involves assisting in project coordination, logistical planning, and facilitating bilingual communication. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and proficient in Spanish and English, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating field activities, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks. Act as a liaison between field teams, clients, and management, providing bilingual support. Maintain accurate records of field reports, documentation, and logistics. Support project planning and resource allocation to optimize efficiency. Facilitate bilingual communication through written translation and verbal interpretation. Monitor project progress, identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in field coordination, logistics, or project management is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
