Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Conduct site visits and progress meetings with clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications Prepare and present progress reports and project documentation Manage change orders, RFI submissions, and contract documents Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management- Commercial upfits and remodels a huge plus! Proven success managing projects valued at $750,000+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
