Construction Superintendent Mingle Contracting, Inc. North Carolina

• Oversee construction activities on project
• Ensure that construction activities are completed on schedule
• Ensure project is being constructed per the project drawings
• Oversee quality control of construction activities
• Ensure all personnel on the project are following Mingle Contracting’s safety policy as well as site specific safety procedures
• Coordinate construction activities with sub-contractors, project manager, and customer’s construction manager
• Provide project updates to the project manager
• Complete daily logs using Procore software application
• Schedule required project inspections
• Operate off road fork truck to unload and organize materials on site
• Clean and organize the project daily
• Travel to/from jobs as required

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
