About the Role The Superintendent Assistant – Construction is responsible for supporting the Project Team in the development and implementation of project work schedules, managing project logistics, and ensuring compliance with Fairfield standards and safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with Trade Partners, maintaining project site appearance, and participating in various project meetings to ensure efficient project operations. What You’ll Do Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus. Project Management Develop and implement project work schedules. Manage project logistics and quality control. Resolve site issues and ensure adequate labor and equipment. Coordination and Communication Coordinate with Trade Partners and consultants. Call in city inspections. Quality and Compliance Develop and supervise quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations. Documentation and Reporting Complete Daily Logs and maintain project site appearance. Training and Development Complete required training on time. What You’ll Need Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred. Valid Driver’s License required. OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certification preferred. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field. Multi-family construction experience preferred. Experience with project management and coordination preferred. Skills and Competencies Basic knowledge and understanding of construction documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and construction management software. Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Leadership and interpersonal skills combined with excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication. Ability to follow complex oral and written instruction. Demonstrates dependability, flexibility, and teamwork. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to interact, coordinate and communicate effectively within the organization, as well as with Trade Partners, (i.e., Subcontractors, Consultants, and Inspectors, etc.) and all associates on the project site. Estimated Rate of Pay:

$107,459.32 – $140,347.28 This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity•. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements: Paid time off, paid holidays and sick days, paid time off for volunteering activities (optional) Matched 401(k) Medical, dental & vision insurance Flexible spending account Life insurance Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
