• Ability to read plan set
• Able to schedule and manage subcontractors to meet project requirements
• Identify and record preexisting condition prior to project starting.
• General Carpentry Skills
• Prepare and maintain a project schedule
• Communicate with subcontractors and project managers
• Quality control of work being performed on the job.
• Maintaining a safe and clean and working environment.
• Tracking and reporting progress as required by the project manager, filling out and submitting all paperwork as requested including safety reports.
• Ability to bend, climb, and lift up to 75lbs throughout the workday.
• Use power and hand tools as needed.
• Ordering materials and tracking cost to stay within budget of the project.
• Implementing safety guidelines to meet local, state, and federal Regulations.
• Maintain a professional image on and off the job when representing the company. Flexible work schedule
• Fulltime.
