Your new role Lead and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish. Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications. Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and curing. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure efficient workflows. Troubleshoot and solve on-site construction challenges. Track and report progress, labor hours, and material usage. What you’ll need to succeed 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent in the construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively. Extensive knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing techniques. Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project planning. Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong commitment to workplace safety.
