Description Job Summary Responsible for managing daily construction coordination operations and maintaining high levels of communication with customers. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in coordination and customer service.
- Resolve customer issues and delivery disputes promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with sales, plant managers, and quality control departments. Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, as well as proficiency in transportation management systems.
- Proven experience in coordination or transportation management is essential.
- 3+ years of experience in construction coordination
- Strong knowledge of ready-mix concrete operations and materials
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
