The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining quality standards throughout the build process. This role requires effective leadership, strong organizational skills, and a working knowledge of construction management practices to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring project specifications are met Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring work progresses according to established timelines and budgets. Organize material deliveries, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage to prevent site delays. Monitor site logistics, ensuring smooth coordination between subcontractors and material deliveries. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering plans, ensuring accurate execution on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project. Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain effective communication with architects, engineers, and trade partners to troubleshoot and optimize construction workflows Experience Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk mitigation, permitting challenges, and real-time site adjustments. Hands-on experience in construction management, specifically overseeing residential construction Strong understanding of construction workflows, including site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and compliance management. Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, monitor material deliveries, and coordinate trades to keep site progress on track.
