Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects or one larger project at a time. This individual will oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight
• Manage commercial construction projects, including corporate interiors, labs, healthcare, renovations, and upfits
• Client & Subcontractor Coordination
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
• Scheduling & Budgeting
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial tracking
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Software Utilization
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project is preferred for efficient project tracking and management

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of commercial construction
• Ability to lead project teams and subcontractors effectively
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and general project management software preferred
