Job Summary:
We are seeking a construction project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management with a focus in managing residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, is schedule oriented, oversee multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning and Scheduling:
Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Budget Management:
Monitoring and controlling project costs.
Team Leadership and Management:
Overseeing and motivating construction teams, including subcontractors.
Communication and Client Relations:
Maintaining clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Quality Control:
Ensuring projects adhere to design specifications and building codes.
Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project.
Problem Solving:
Addressing unexpected delays, emergencies, and other project issues. Ideal candidates will have the following:
