Description The Construction Project Manager will be responsiblefor: Coordinate and managing all necessary project resources fromstart to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborativeenvironment. Manages personnel development. Communicate jobexpectations, enforce policies & procedures, and manage & coachemployees. Conduct regular meetings with the team to ensure work ison schedule, within budget and complies with technical, safety andlegal requirements. Must be a strategic problem solver who can addvalue to our customer’s projects. May work with pre-constructionteam in development of project Manage budget and financialreporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence toproject budget.
