Job Description
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent that specializes in multi-family construction to oversee the ground-up construction of apartment buildings in Raleigh, NC! This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity!
Duties:
- Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure deadlines
- Maintain a daily log of job site activities, timesheets, e-mails on iPad etc.
- Managing and coordinating the work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner
- Establishing and maintaining all dimensional controls for the project
- Managing changes in project scope
- Managing the punch list to assure timely completion
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
- Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs
Compensation:
- Annual salary between $110,000

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 8 years of multi-family construction
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures, as well as advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control
- Proficient in MS Office programs, and Procore
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
