The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to guide project execution. Utilize construction management software, including Primavera and Bluebeam, for project tracking and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for throughout the project lifecycle. Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports on site conditions. Skills Proficient in pipeline management and understanding of construction schematics. Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera and Bluebeam is essential. Strong skills in construction estimating, budgeting, and resource allocation. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of using an ohmmeter for electrical work is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and team members at all levels.
