We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead complex healthcare-related electrical construction projects from planning through final delivery. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including pre-construction planning, subcontractor and material management, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, safety, and client communications. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electrical contracting, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction & Planning Create job cost budgets, schedules of values, re-estimates, and procurement plans. Collaborate on subcontractor selection, scope validation, and bid reviews. Plan and manage procurement of key electrical components including switchgear and lighting. Project Execution & Management Oversee all project phases-field operations, coordination, subcontractor performance, and issue resolution. Lead project meetings, manage jobsite logistics, and ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications. Track costs, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and progress against deliverables. VDC/BIM & Prefabrication Coordinate with internal BIM/VDC teams to develop project models and assist with layout planning. Promote prefabrication opportunities to optimize cost and efficiency. Scheduling & Subcontractor Oversight Maintain manpower projections, field organization charts, and master project schedules. Manage subcontractor deliverables, billing, and manpower tracking. Material & Equipment Management Manage materials procurement, inventory tracking, logistics, and quality inspections. Coordinate equipment needs, rentals, and deliveries. Quality Control & Safety Partner with site superintendents to enforce safety standards and QA/QC procedures. Create and monitor detailed plans for site safety, incident reporting, and compliance audits. Cost & Change Management Review and price scope changes, track open change orders, and submit monthly cost reports. Conduct WIP reviews, submit billings, and manage accounts receivable for assigned projects. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as primary liaison with owners, engineers, GCs, vendors, and internal teams. Represent the company professionally at trade meetings, jobsite visits, and client updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of electrical project management experience-preferably in healthcare construction. Proficient with construction project management software, budget tracking, and electrical drawing review. Understanding of Spectrum ERP, estimation software, and BIM processes (preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills. Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
