Your Day-to-Day Adventure:
Lead on-site teams in retail construction projects, from fixture installation to merchandising magic. Build strong client relationships and ensure their vision comes to life. Keep track of operational metrics and develop smarter, more efficient ways to work. Communicate like a pro—whether it’s resolving issues, coaching team members, or updating stakeholders. Ensure safety, training, and seamless execution of projects, keeping everything on schedule and on budget. ️ What You Need to Join the
Team:

Required:
2-5 years of fixture installation and/or retail construction experience. 2+ years of experience managing multi-site operations. 2+ years of leading projects in national big-box retail stores. ✅ Bonus Points if
You Have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Experience managing multi-state operations. Hands-on experience meeting with corporate clients. Proficiency in project management software like Cruxos. Work Hard, Play Hard (What to Expect): Every day is different—be ready to adapt to shifting business and client needs. Some night and weekend work may be required—because excellence doesn’t sleep! Work in both office settings and on-site at client locations. ✈️
