Raleigh, NC J Fuller Homes has a need for a Superintendent at the Raleigh, NC office. The Superintendent will oversee all day-to-day construction management activities for the homebuilding operation.

Job Description:

The Superintendent will provide leadership and will be responsible for managing the homebuilding construction process to meet our criteria of building on time, within budget, to our quality standards, while achieving a customer experience worth sharing. The Superintendent will report to our Vice President of Homebuilding Operations. Responsibilities Responsible for leading the overall homebuilding process Build and maintain positive subcontractor relationships Continually evaluate quality, safety, scheduling and cost control measures Manage the construction schedule and ensure that the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget Authorize payment for materials received and work completed Ensures that the worksite is clean, orderly and visually appealing to customers during construction Assist with the post-close process for warranty to include assessing warranty requests, determining course of action, scheduling trades, and managing quality assurance You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

Professional Qualifications and Requirements :

Self-motivated, team player Ability to resolve conflict on a regular basis. Ability to read construction drawings, architectural drawings, site plans, and maps. Previous experience using scheduling software such as Buildertrend Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; construction management experience required
