$65,000- $75,000 Salary Requirements Field experience in landscaping, turf management, or related industries Proven leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to lift 80 pounds regularly and perform manual labor in outdoor conditions Experience operating mowers and turf equipment Collaborative team spirit with a focus on quality and results Ability to work under pressure and ensure high standards of work Team-oriented and aligned with Dragonfly’s values: Quality Focus, Takes Ownership, and Growth Oriented. Key Responsibilities Report to the Branch Manager Supervise and guide crews on-site, with hands-on fieldwork as needed. Conduct pre-construction site walks. Coordinate equipment and materials for crews.
