This role offers the opportunity towork hands-on from early construction through completion as part ofa fast-paced, collaborative team, reporting directly to seniorregional leadership. • Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project life-cyclefrom groundbreaking through turnover
• Coordinate with field teams,subs, and internal stakeholders
• Manage schedules, budgets, andlead weekly progress meetings
• Review drawings/specs, resolveconflicts, and mitigate risks

• Qualifications:

• 3-4 years ofexperience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction
• Stick-frame garden-style or podium experience strongly preferred
• Experience with budget management, scheduling tools, andsubcontractor coordination
