Pay Range:
$38-$45/hour depending on experience

Reports To:
The Electrical Superintendent will report to the
General Superintendent Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Oversee quality control measures to guarantee that work meets project specifications and standards Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam for documentation and reporting Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers Prepare and manage contracts related to construction activities Qualifications Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction environments Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage teams on-site Ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control throughout the construction process Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise on-site. This applicant should be able to sit, bend, stoop and lift items not to exceed 50 pounds. This position should also be able to climb, crawl and squat as the job demands.
